So, my good lady came down to the aerodromo to watch the fun and was somewhat disapointed to discover there were no women flying. Outrageous.
“I’ll design and buid a quadcopter” she says. “They look like fun”. She’s is a crafter and loves designing cards and things. We also happen to have a 3D printer and also a laser cutter/engraver (heavily modified by yours-truly).
And so she did.
I suggested the size to be fairly large as the small quadcopters are blazingly fast and agile…
Madam did this entirely on her own. She asked a few questions along the way but
all of the design, cuttting, assembly etc was her.
